He cooks 240 scrambled eggs: the recipe is incredible

The recipe comes from Mumbai. Scrambled eggs cooked with Indian spices, vegetables and butter to create authentic Indian eggs. All served with a dollop of butter and local bread, lightly toasted in the heat of the pan where the eggs were cooked.
