INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
6 eggs
Salt
Baking spray
 
METHOD
  1. Wash the zucchini, dry, then cut into thin strips, 8 long strips are needed. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, add salt and pipette.
  2. Heat a frying pan, coat with baking spray, and arrange the strips of zucchini. Pour the egg yolk between the strips, as in the video, and pour the egg whites on the rest of the pan.
  3. To prepare the second omelet, cut the zucchini into circles, and then, with the help of a mold, circle the circles and hearts inside the circles.
  4. Heat the pan, coat with baking spray, arrange the zucchini, pour the egg yolk inside the zucchini, and pour the egg whites all over the pan.
