Sandwich cake: an incredible appetizer recipe!

INGREDIENTS
200g of surimi
4 boiled eggs
200g of olive oil tuna fillet
100g of green olives
60g (4 tbsp) of mayonnaise
12 slices of bread
Parsley
12 pieces of cooked prawns

METHOD
1. Add the surimi into the food processor and mix to obtain small pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl grate the eggs and add the surimi, olive oil tuna fillet, green olives pieces, and mayonnaise and mix all together well with a spatula.
3. In a mold lined with cling film, alternate layers of sliced bread and layers of filling until finished, the last being sliced bread. In total there are 3 layers of filling and 4 of bread.
4. Cover the sandwich cake with the edges of the cling film and transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.
5. Before serving, decorate by spreading mayonnaise on top, cooked prawns, and parsley. Cut on slices and serve.
