Crispy lotus blossom cookie: how to prepare them

Ingredients:
250 gr rice flour
50 gr coconut milk
65 gr red lime water
120 gr sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp black sesame
Palm oil for deep frying
 
Lotus blossom cookie mold
 
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. When the dough is very liquid you can make the cookie. Following the video's directions to frying.
