"Bird milk" cake: a russian tasty dessert

Ingredients:
400 ml milk
80 gr semolina
1 lemon peel
1 package of vanillin
40 gr butter
120 gr condensed milk
10 gr jelly powder to melt in 50 ml of water

10 gr jelly powder to melt in 50 ml of water
12 cocoa cookies
50 gr dark chocolate to melt in 2-3 tbsps of milk
50 gr dark chocolate to melt in 2-3 tbsps of milk
Directions:
Melt the jelly in he water. In a pot mix milk, semolina, lemon peel and condensed milk. When the cream is dense add butter, vanillin and jelly. Mix all and make the cake. Let it cool for 10/15 minutes.
