Ingredients:
300 gr chicken breast
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper or hot pepper
1 egg
1 clove garlic
1 bottle tonic water
5 tablespoons flour
Oil for deep frying
 
Directions:
Cut the chicken and mix it with the spices. Then prepare the batter with flour, egg (add two teaspoons of baking soda if you like) and water. Dip the chicken strips in the mixture and deep fry them.
