Sugar bears hugging an almond: simple to make

You'll only need a cookie cutter to make delicious teddy bear cookies; lift up each arm and press it around the almond to look like the teddy bear is hugging the almond. A little and yummy touch of class. Bake at 170/180°C (350°F) until golden brown.
Ingredients:
125g butter or margarine (at room temperature)
1 cup liquid oil
sweet rum
7 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 sachet vanilla
