Poke holes in the peppers using a fork, then stuff them: an original and yummy idea

Ingredients:Small peppers
Rice
Tomatoes
Parsley
Beef stew
Onion
Various spices
Tomato sauce
Olive oil
Directions:
Poke holes in the bottom of the peppers. Heat up the rice, cook the stew and then add onion, tomatoes, parsley, spices, oil and tomato sauce. Mix, fill the peppers and close them with a piece of tomato. Pour the sauce and bake at 170°C for 30-40 minutes.
