How to make tortilla samosa recipe: the savory snacks

Ingredients:
9 Flour tortilla
Boiled and roughly mashed potatoes: 5 medium size
Red chilly powder: ½ tsp,
Garam masala powder: ½ tsp
Coriander powder: 2 tsp
Amchoor (dry mango powder): 1 tsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Fennel seeds: 1 tsp,
Chopped green chillies: 2
All-purpose flour: 2 tbsp 
Water, Salt and cooking oil
 
Directions: 
In a frying pan mixi the potatoes with the other ingredients. When the mixture is ready, let it cool. Fold the tortilla, fill them and fry in hot oil.
