Want to make a sunny side up egg in a super quick and simple way? Just follow the following steps to avoid the stove: open the egg, pour it into a bowl, poke the yolk with a fork, cover it with a dish and place it in the microwave. At the end of the cooking, the egg is ready to be eaten. An easy method even for those who are not very good at cooking.
An egg cooked "sunny-side up" means that it is fried just on one side and never flipped. The yolk is still completely liquid and the whites on the surface are barely set.
