Oatmeal Fudge Bars: make this tasty no-bake snack

Ingredients:
BASE:
1⅓ cups Oat Flour
1 cup Rolled Oats (+ 2 tbs for topping)
¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted
¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
½ tbs Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Salt
1 cup Walnut Pieces
1 cup Rolled Oats (+ 2 tbs for topping)
¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted
¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup

¼ tsp Salt
1 cup Walnut Pieces
FUDGE LAYER
1lb bag (3 cups) Dark Chocolate Chips
⅓ cup Light Coconut Milk
1lb bag (3 cups) Dark Chocolate Chips
⅓ cup Light Coconut Milk
Directions:
In a bowl, stir oat flour and 1 cup of the oats. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well and spread into the baking tray. Melt the chocolate and mix with coconut milk. Pour on the base and cover. Let it cool for 20 minutes and cut in squares.
