Salt-baked fish: a simple method

Try salt-baking seabass.
Clean the fish and fill with a slice of lemon and parsley. Place them on a baking sheet, lined with aluminum (or parchment) paper. Completely cover with coarse salt, creating a sort of "casket". This way the sea bass will cook in its own steam without losing its flavor. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 50 minutes.
