How to prepare a delicious Italian sauce: perfect with pasta

Ingredients:
1 kg Pork ribs
Tomato sauce
Olive oil
salt
Basil
1 glass of white wine
Chili pepper
Celery and carrot in small pieces
1/2 Onion
 
Preparation:
In a large pot pour some oil, then add the onion and the vegetables. Mix and add the pepper. Add the ribs and brown, then salt and tomato sauce. Cook for two hours. With the sauce you can season the pasta and delight your guests with this recipe.
