Wrap the speck this way: a delicious dish for your guests

Ingredients for 9 mini pies:
9 slices of Trentino speck
9 squares of polenta 2 cm thick
9 slices of zucchini or eggplant
9 potato slices
9 basil leaves
1 red onion
2 Tomino cheeses preserved in aromatized oil
extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
 
Directions:
In a pan, put the pieces of polenta with the oil and make them toast; in the same pan, cook the onion first, then the sliced potatoes and finally the zucchini.
It's time to create the  mini pies: roll out the speck, put a dice of polenta in the center, one or two onion slices, a potato, a zucchini, a basil leaf and a tomino cheese; wrap the bacon all the way around and the mini pie is ready for baking;  bake for15 minutes at 175°C (350°F). Then add the finishing touch, a little pepper cream.
