Beet gnocchi: a delicious pasta dish that will amaze your dinner guests!

Here’s a great way to prepare soft and tasty gnocchi!
INGREDIENTS
250g boiled potato
150g cooked and pureed beets
salt
pepper
250g flour

DIRECTIONS
1. Boil and mash the potatoes. Add the purred beets to the potatoes.
2. Mix and add flour. The dough should be soft but not runny.
3. Roll the dough into long ropes and cut out the gnocchi.
4. Boil them in hot water for a few minutes, until they start to rise to the surface of the water.
5. Strain them and mix them with butter and sage.
6. Serve them with pea puree and Parmesan cheese.
