Use the leftovers of mashed potatoes: the recipe for a tasty dish

The leftovers of mashed potatoes are often stored in the fridge but they can be reused to create a new tasty dish, as shown by these pictures. Form a ball with an ice cream scoop, cover with flour and fry over medium-high heat in a pan with butter. Drain then on paper towel, sprinkle with salt and you're done: serve your tasty meal with Greek yogurt and chives.
