Zucchini tarts: the recipe to make a tasty dish in no time

Ingredients:
1 zucchini
2 potatoes
1 egg
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp of flour
40 g of grated cheese
Fresh parsley
200 g of tomato sauce
Olive oil
Salt
Mushrooms
Tuna
Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Grate potatoes and zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Squeeze and add egg, flour, parsley, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
3. Mix well and shape the tarts onto a tray coated with baking paper.
4. Bake at 180 for 20 minutes.
5. Season tomato sauce with oregano, salt and olive oil. Spread onto the tarts.
6. Add mozzarella and the ingredients you prefer.
7. Bake again for 15 minutes.
