Baklava: how to make the delicious Greek dessert

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
200 g of pistachios
200 g of walnuts
100 g of brown sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ground cloves
- For the syrup:
125 g of coconut sugar
250 ml of water
250 ml of honey
4 tbsp of orange blossom water
Lemon juice
20-25 phyllo dough sheets
200 g of butter
Directions:
1. Finely grind the nuts and mix them together.
2. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and ground cloves.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan and use it to grease the bottom of the mold.
4. Now layer phyllo dough sheets brushed with butter on top. You need to make 10-12 layers.
5. Place the nuts filling, then repeat the dough and butter layers.
6. Cut in squares and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
7. Make the syrup by mixing brown sugar, honey, water, orange blossom water and lemon juice in a saucepan.
8. Cook on the stove at low heat for 8-10 minutes.
9. Pour the syrup on top of the cake.
10. Lastly, decorate with some chopped pistachios.
