Apple cake with candied cherries: everyone will enjoy this delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS

4 apples

5 eggs

200ml (3/4 cup) milk

200ml (5/6 cup) oil

250g (1 ½ cups) sugar

340g (3 ½ cups) flour

1 ½ tbsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla sugar

Sliced apples

Cherries

Butter

METHOD

Pour apple chunks, eggs, oil, milk, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar into a blender and blend well. In a bowl mix flour, and baking powder and add the blended apple mixture.
Grease a rectangular baking tray with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and place several apple slices with the center cut out neatly.
Add some glacier cherries in the holes of the apple.
Pour the mixture from the blender and bake for 45 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
