Fettuccine Alfredo: how to make this amazing Italian dish

Ingredients:
To make fettuccine:
200 g all purpose flour
100 g semolina
3 eggs
To garnish:
150 g butter
100 g Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix the two flour with eggs.
2. Make a uniform dough and roll it into plastic wrap.
3. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
4. Spread the dough and make the fettuccine.
5. Cook them in salty water.
6. Mix the pasta with butter and Parmesan.
