Bread baskets with eggs: the perfect solution for a quick dinner!

This method is amazing!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
4 slices of bread
Salt
Pepper
Toothpicks
 
METHOD
  1. Flatten a slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Grab each corner of the bread slice and secure it with a toothpick. Repeat for each corner forming a basket.
  3. Pour one egg into each basket. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
