Steam muffins: very soft and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
60g (1/2 cup) sugar
130g (1 cup) cake flour
6g baking powder
90ml (3/4 cup) milk
10g unsalted butter
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnut grain
Berries

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together egg with salt, vanilla extract, and sugar. Sift in the flour and baking powder, add in milk and butter.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 muffin cups and cook in the steamer for 20 minutes.
  3. Decorate with hazelnut cream, hazelnut grain, and berries.
