Lady's kisses: the Italian specialty to be enjoyed one bite at a time!

INGREDIENTS
150g of hazelnuts
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar
180g (1 1/4 cups) of flour
120g (1/2 cup) of butter
80g of melted dark chocolate
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar

METHOD
- In a food processor finely chop hazelnuts. Transfer them to the bowl and add the sugar, flour, and butter at room temperature.
- Mix well with the hands to create the dough. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- After time elapsed from the balls by take small pieces of the dough. Transfer them to the tray and bake at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
- Take the one ball add the melted chocolate on top and cover with another one.
