Homemade nachos: frying and crunchy!

How to make homemade nachos in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
130g (1 cup) corn meal
60g (½ cup) flour
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt
½ tsp oregano
2 tbsp oil
Water
METHOD
- Mix corn meal with flour, turmeric powder, salt, oregano and oil.
- Add water little by little and continue mixing until you get a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into several balls. Flatten each ball with a rolling pin. Use a fork to poke several small holes in the rolled dough.
- Cut the dough into several triangles and fry until golden brown. Accompany with sauce.
