How to make at home delicious candies that kids will love!

INGREDIENTS

2 pomegranates (to make 200ml pomegranate juice)

150g sugar

120ml water

Salt

100ml water

Lemon juice

6 tbsp cornstarch

Shredded coconut

METHOD

Blend the pomegranates and strain them to obtain pomegranate juice. Add the juice of half a lemon, water, corn starch, salt, and mix very well. Pour the sugar into a pot, add water, and wait for it to boil.
Add the pomegranate juice mixture and mix until thick.
Pour the mixture into a container covered with cling film and refrigerate for two hours. Cut into cubes and cover with shredded coconut.
