Christmas log: the delicious recipe to amaze your guests

Ingredients:
- For the batter
6 eggs
40 + 80 g of sugar
1 vial of rum flavoring
Half a packet of baking powder
55 g of seed oil
70 g of flour
20 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
75 ml of milk
- For the filling:
250 g of mascarpone cheese
300 g of white cream
500 ml of whipping cream
- For decoration:
150 g of dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Start by separating the egg yolks from the whites.
2. Whip the whites adding little by little 80 g of sugar.
3. Whip the yolks too with what's left of the sugar.
4. Add in oil, milk, the aromatic vial, baking powder, cocoa powder and flour. Mix everything using electric whisks.
5. Add in the whites too.
6. Pour the batter in a rectangular baking tray covered in baking paper.
7. Bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
8. Whip the cream.
9. Aside, mix white cream and mascarpone cheese then mix with the whipped cream.
10. Cut the cake in stripes.
11. Spread with the filling cream.
12. Roll the first stripe and make this the centre of your cake, then wrap all the other stripes around it.
13. Melt the chocolate, pour it onto some baking paper and roll. Let cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.
14. Once it's frozen brake it and place chocolate pieces around the cake.
