Pour 1 egg into each bun to make a quick and delicious dinner in no-time

INGREDIENTS
4 buns
Ham
Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
4 eggs

METHOD
1. Cut a circle from the top end of each loaf.
2. Place a slice of ham and a piece of cheese on each bun.
3. Place the loaves on a baking tray, and add an egg to the hole in each loaf. Add salt and pepper.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
