Lemon sorbet: the easy recipe to make it delicious

Ingredients:
200 gr ice
160 gr lemon juice
Lemon peel
150 gr sugar
30 g egg white
200 gr water

Directions:
In a saucepan, pour the water and add the lemon and sugar skins. Bring to a boil and add the ice. Stir and melt, let cool.
Beat the egg white until stiff and then add the filtered syrup.
Blend and put the sorbet in the glasses. Put in the freezer and stir every two hours.
