How to make stabilized whipped cream

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon clear piping gel
Directions:
In a bowl whip cream and sugar, then add vanilla extract and gel.
Beat until puffy and creamy and then enjoy this amazing cream.
