Egg In A Hole Burger: the recipe that will feed a crowd!

Make a hole into the burger and pour the egg into it.   You'll fall in love with this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
375g Mince meat
salt 
pepper
Glass
3 eggs
Slice cheese
Burger bread
 
METHOD
  1. Use a glass to flatten a ball of ground meat.
  2. Cut the center of the meat with the same glass.
  3. Place in a pan, pour an egg into the meat hole. Cook on a medium heat with the lid on. Add a slice of cheese.
  4. Prepare a hamburger.
