Cheesy pizza: how to make it perfectly at home

Ingredients:
Dough:
150 gr flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar

1 tbsp of butter

50 gr butter
1 tablespoon of flour
80 ml milk
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Mix the flour with salt, baking powder and sugar. Then add the water and work the dough well. Finally add the butter and let rise until doubled.
Put butter and flour in a bowl and heat it in the microwave. Then add milk, turmeric and pepper. Reheat for a few minutes and stir.
Divide the dough in two, fill it and close it well.
Cook in the pan for 30 minutes and then cover with the cheese. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 15 minutes.
