Buñuelos, the crispy and tasty Spanish recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of sugar
350 ml milk
350 ml water
1 tablespoon of vanilla
600 gr flour

Fry oil
Preparation:
Mix the eggs with the sugar and then add the milk, vanilla and flour. Mix well and add the water. Form a creamy mixture without lumps.
Heat the oil and dip the molds in the dough and then in the pan.
Garnish the buñuelos as you prefer.
