Biscuit cake with custard and chocolate: the delicious no bake dessert

Ingredients:
Custard:
8 yolks
1 l of milk
250 gr sugar
100 gr cornstarch
1 tbsp vanilla extract
60 biscuits
250 ml milk
Ganache:
250 gr dark chocolate
200 ml cream
50 gr butter
Directions:
In a bowl mix the yolks with sugar, milk, cornstarch and vanilla extract. Heat and make the custard.
Assemble the cake with custard and biscuits.
Ganache: Melt the chocolate with cream and then add the butter. Pour the ganache on the cake and refrigerate for 3 hours.
