Crispy meat baskets: the delicious recipe to make easily

Ingredients:
370 ml of warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp of yeast
600 gr flour
1 tbsp sugar

300 gr minced meat
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
30 ml of oil
Salt and coriander
Directions:
In a bowl pour the water and melt the yeast, sugar and salt. Then add flour and mix well. Leave the dough for 1 hour.
Filling: mix the meat with onion, bell pepper and tomato (all chopped). Add oil, salt and coriander.
Divide the dough in some balls and leave for 10 minutes.
Then spread each one and rolls. Add the meat mixture, spread egg wash and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
