How to make candied almonds at home

Ingredients:
400g almonds
200g sugar
200ml water
24g vanilla extract

Directions:
Put the almonds in a pan and add water, sugar and vanilla extract. Bring to boil and costantly stir the almonds. When the sugar has caramelized, transfer the almonds to the baking sheet and divide them with your hands. Let them cool and place them in glass jars.
