Mushroom risotto: creamy and tasty dish

Ingredients for 2 people:
180g of rice
300g mixed mushrooms
250g Porcini mushrooms, sliced
celery, carrot and onion
30g grated Parmesan cheese
a knob of butter
chopped parsley
oil, salt and pepper
Directions:
Prepare a vegetable broth with celery, onion and carrot.
Then cut the mixed mushrooms, heat oil, parsley and onion in a pan. Add the mushrooms, salt and brown. Add broth and cook for 30 minutes.
Now add the rice and cook, add the rest of the broth and salt.
Finally stir in butter and grated cheese.
