Baked pumpkin: a simple but delicious dish

Ingredients:
1 slice of pumpkin
Gorgonzola
Bread crumbs
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Oil
 
Directions:
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and place it in a baking dish, pour in the oil and stir. Combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15/20 minutes. Meanwhile cut the hardest part of the gorgonzola into small pieces. Add to the pumpkin, add the grated cheese and bake for another 2 minutes.
