The simple recipe to prepare Monte Cristo sandwich

Ingredients:
3 slices of bread
80 gr cheese
4 slices of ham
2 tbsp of milk
1 egg
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Mayonnaise to taste
Mustard to taste
20-30 gr butter
 
Directions:
Cut the bread and fill the slices as the video shows. Beat the egg with salt, pepper, nutmeg and pass the sandwich inside. Melt the butter and brown the sandwiches.
