Montecristo sandwich: the original american recipe, easy and quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
6 slices toast bread
50ml (1/5 cup) milk
2g (1/2 tsp) salt
1 egg
4 slices ham
4 slices cheese
50g (6 tsp) mayonnaise
30g (2 tbsp) butter
 
METHOD
  1. Pour egg, milk and salt into a bowl. Whisk.
  2. Toast bread cut off the ends. Coat it with mayonnaise. Put cheese and ham on it. Press the sandwich with a bowl.
  3. Dip the sandwich in the pre-made mixture, then fry them in a buttered pan.
