Stuffed omelette sandwich: an original recipe for a quick and tasty dinner!

You only need a few ingredients to make the greatest breakfast ever! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1 mini bread
3 eggs
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
15g (1 tbsp) Butter
225g (1 cup) mozzarella cheese
100g (0.3 cup) cooked ham
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the mini bread in half.
  2. Heat a frying pan, grease with butter, then beat the eggs, add salt and pepper, and pour into the heated pan.
  3. Place the sliced ​​bread over the egg and turn on both sides to coat with the egg, then turn the soft part of the bread down, as in the video.
  4. When the eggs are baked, turn the inside of the bread, arrange the ham and cheese, then close the bread and cover the pan for 1 minute.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
