How to make fluffy and yummy pancakes

An excellent and simple German recipe that will allow you to make tasty pancakes.
 
Ingredients:
2 eggs
120ml oil
300 ml yogurt
pinch of salt
200g all-purpose flour
1 packet of baking powder
 
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil, yogurt and salt. Then gradually add the flour and baking powder. Form a thick, lump-free mixture and cook your pancakes in a non-stick pan.
