Chocolate chiffon cake: so fluffy and very very delicious

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
milk 50g
oil 20g
flour 45g
cocoa powder 15g
caster sugar 43-45g
lemon juice 3g
a pinch of salt
 
Directions:
Separate egg whites from yolks, then mix milk, oil, cocoa, sugar, lemon juice, yolks, flour and salt. Whip the whites and integrate into the batter. Bake at 300°F (150°) for 12 minutes.
