Roman style artichokes: simple, tasty and ready in no time

Ingredients:
2 artichokes
1 lemon
Chopped parsley
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 glass olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Cut and wash the artichoke well, rubbing it with lemon.
In a small bowl, mix the chopped parsley, minced garlic, oil and salt.
Place the mixture in the artichokes and put them upside down in a saucepan. Add olive oil, water, lemon juice and garlic, cook for 1 hour. Then bake at 250°C (500°F) for 10 minutes.
