Baked zucchini chips: crispy, simple and tasty

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper
Breadcrumbs (enough to cover all the zucchini)
Directions:
Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices. Then put them in a bowl and add oil, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and mix well. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 12 minutes.
