How to make paratha: the tasty Indian bread

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
water (at room temperature ) to make the dough
ghee (clearified butter)
all-purpose flour to use for layering
Directions:
In a bowl mix the flour with salt and egg. When your dough is uniform, let it rest for 30 minutes.
Make dough balls in three ways as shown in the video using ghee.
Refrigerate these dough balls for 15 minutes.
Then spread the ball and cook in a pan with ghee and oil.
