Lemon sweet rolls: a fluffy dough with a tasty filling

Ingredients
for the dough:
1-1/4 cup (300ml) warm milk
2-1/2 tsp active dry yeast or 1 package
1/4 cup (50 grams) white sugar
1/4 cup (57grams) butter, melted
1 large egg
1-1/2 tsp salt
3-3/4 cup (480 grams) all purpose flour, plus more if dough is too sticky
Filling:
1/4 cup (57 grams) softened butter, to spread
3/4 cup (150 grams) white sugar
Zest of 3 medium lemons
1/2 tsp vanilla paste or extract
Glaze:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup (128 grams) powdered sugar
Juice from 2 medium lemons
Zest from 1 medium lemon
Directions:
Mix and melt the yeast in the warm milk, then add eggs, sugar, butter and salt. Finally unite the flour and mix well. Let the dough rise for about 2 hours.
Filling: mix sugar, lemon zest and vanilla. Spread the dough and fill with butter and the lemon mixture. Roll and cut, let it rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F (170°) for 30 minutes.
Make the glaze and cover the sweet rolls.
