How to store parsley so it stays fresh

A simple, fast and cheap way to store parsley so it stays fresh.
Wash the parsley well and remove the leaves from the stem, then pat dry with a kitchen towel. Blend the parsley and place in sterilized glass jars. If you want to flavor it, you can add garlic. Keep in the freezer and use it when you need it.
