Spinach egg pie: every slice is so delicious!

INGREDIENTS
Bread:
300g flour
165ml water
7g instant yeast
6g salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Filling:
500g cooked spinach
5 egg yolks
METHOD
- Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, yeast, olive oil, water, and mix. Massage well. Let rise for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough in two. Roll into a circle shape.
- Place one circle in a pan. Add cooked spinach and spread well all over the dough.
- Add 5 egg yolks. Place the other circle of dough on top. Use a plate to cut the edges of the dough and cook.
- Flip to cook on both sides.
