Lemon granita: the recipe to make this yummy drink

Ingredients:
500 ml of water
300 g sugar
500 ml lemon juice

Preparation:
Melt the sugar in the water and let it cool completely. Pour lemon juice and freeze for at least 12 hours. Then first grate with a spoon and then blend. Here is a fresh granita ready.
