Mussels au gratin: simple ingredients for unique flavor

Ingredients:
1 kg of mussels
Olive oil
Garlic
Bread crumbs
Grated cheese
Parsley

Preparation:
Fry garlic and oil in a saucepan and add the clean mussels. Then place them on a baking tray.
In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic and a drizzle of oil. Arrange the mixture on each mussel and add a little more garlic, oil, cooking water and pepper. Bake at 400°F (200°) for a few minutes.
